Richard Gardiner
Richard is Head of our Debt Solutions and Corporate Recovery Department and holds an Insolvency Licence with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland.
He manages a large team of managers and support staff who offer the complete spectrum of personal and business debt solutions.
He is experienced in all areas of debt resolution having started off as an Insolvency Administrator.
Ian Brown
Ian is an expert in the Debt Arrangement Scheme and Business Debt Arrangement Scheme, assisting individuals, sole traders and partnerships.
He also advises on personal debt solutions recommending the best option to resolve problem debt issues.
Jemma-Klare Kirk
Jemma is involved in both our personal and corporate insolvency teams. In terms of personal insolvency, she holds a CPPI (Certificate of Proficiency in Personal Insolvency) qualification and is responsible for running a portfolio of sequestration cases in addition to her corporate work. Jemma deals with all aspects of sequestration work from statutory process and providing guidance to the debtors, to liaising with solicitors/other third parties and conducting investigation work where required.
Stuart Rankine
Stuart is involved in the administration of sequestration cases.
He meets with clients to discuss the process and complete the required paperwork.
He is on hand to assist with any client queries throughout the period of their sequestration and deal with their creditors.
